It’s such an honor to be able to come to visit the Nepalese Army Instructors Training Unit with Stephanie Yap Shihan of Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shurenkai North America who holds the 7th dan, the highest rank within Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shurenkai North America.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude toward high ranking officers and everybody else involved who made our visit possible.
Iwill continue my efforts toward helping instructors and trainees that they remain able to practice Aikido with Military’s unique perspectives by inviting instructors of high caliber regardless of their organizations or affiliations.
By the way, Yap Shihan was appointed for this visit by Hitohira Saito Kaicho, who is the chairman of Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shurenkai and who has visited Nepal to teach in the past, to represent on his behalf Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shurenkai because of a scheduling conflict with his knee surgery.
