Nepal Army Ranger and Instructor, WO2 Gurung got married this summer! WO2 Gurung has been deployed to many parts of the world with the Nepal Army Rangers as a UN peacekeeper. He is a valued role model and is looked up to by many young Ranger cadets. Currently WO2 Gurung specializes in teaching Aikido with the Nepal Army Rangers and the greater Nepalese Army.

Reported May 19th, 2013 Cleaning up a World Heritage Site
1-4 Aikido teams of RUC Rangers worked to clean up the Pashupatinath area which is a world heritage site in Nepal. It was a meaningful communication between the army and the public and a job well done by the Rangers.
