Remote countryside home of Mr. Yamagami.

I stopped by Japan in late May to do some research on land for a new AHAN Nippon Kan training center.  While in Japan I went to visit the countryside home of Mr. Yamagami, former Japanese Consul. It was good to see Mr. Yamagami in a markedly different environment now that he has retired to a traditionally simple life in the Japanese countryside. He seemed to be greatly enjoying the beauty of the countryside.

While in Tokyo I had the opportunity to meet with other AHAN Nippon Kan Japan Branch alumni staff and friends that have returned to Japan after living in Denver. It was a productive reunion and many new plans were discussed.

After visiting Japan, I went to Korea for a quick meeting with Nippon Kan associates and students interested in Japan.
