About Masatake Fujita Shihan
Fujita Shihan was born in 1937 and began his practice of Aikido in the late 1950’s. He is currently an 8th Dan Aikikai Shihan with Aikikai Hombu, and for the past thirty four years has been an administrative chief of staff for Aikikai Hombu Dojo operations. He has also been the Standing Director of All Japan Aikido Federation and the Director of the Japan Budo Council. He is one of the major decision makers at Aikikai Hombu and has traveled extensively representing Aikikai Hombu all over the world in part as Aikido Technical Supervisor to the British and Bulgarian Aikido Federations, Hungarian Aikido Cultural Federation and Aikikai of Romania. During practice, videos are prohibited without special permission. Photos are not allowed to be taken except during designated periods.

The airport is about a 40-45 minute drive from downtown Denver.
