20th Annual Festival of Nations
Denver
University sponsored its 20th annual Festival of Nations cross-cultural celebration this past April
5, 2003. There were over thirty countries represented by participating international Denver University
students, including Japan, represented by JSA or the Japan Student Association. The JSA has over forty
members this year which Nippon Kan has supported by helping to sponsor events such as this. This festival
is unique in its scope by offering exposure to so many 
different
cultures simultaneously. Regardless of a nations international status, whether third-world or developed,
exposure to every country represented by these students paves the way for future cultural understanding
and international development. Nippon Kan has also hosted other JSA events at the Nippon Kan facility.
