AHAN Project Japan Branch Meeting

On November 5th, 2001, a meeting was held in Tokyo, Japan between Gaku Homma Sensei, AHAN President Emily Busch, and Nippon Kan Japan Branch Manager Yutaka Kikuchi.

Many ideas were discussed concerning the development of AHAN in Japan. First on the agenda was the proposed translation of the Nippon Kan, AHAN website into Japanese for more ready access in Japan. Also discussed was the further development of the communication network between the over seventy alumni Nippon Kan members and associates now living in Japan. This alumni association has spanned decades, with many of the alumni members now married with children.

Once this phase of planning has been completed, the alumni association will proceed with plans for future AHAN Projects.
