Using boats to ferry supplies and people through the floods.

The Kayin state which is the home province of Principal Than in Myanmar experienced its first floods in 50 years. As President of the Kawkareik Township Association, Mr. Than returned home to assist in flood relief efforts; providing food and supplies to stranded villagers throughout the area.

The students at the AHAN Learning Center in Yangon took a day off from their studies and made traditional Myanmar cookies to hand out to the neighborhood kids. A good time was had by all!
