Childrens Clothing

The orphanage is always in need of clothing for
its children. Upon entering the country, Customs regulations require used
clothing to have laundry certificates. Any clothes that are soiled, stained,
or torn are not allowed through customs. Please check your clothing items
carefully before donation.
What We Need:
Clothes must be freshly laundered.
Clothes that are stained, torn, or stretched out of shape cannot be accepted.
Jackets must have working zippers and all buttons intact.
No socks or underwear.
Clothing for children ages 3-12 years old. No adults clothing please.
Clothes should be neatly tied in bundles and wrapped in clean trash bags
or cardboard boxes.
Please include your name, address and telephone number with your donation.
Third World Keiko Gi Drive
For the past five years, Nippon Kan has been collecting used keiko gis
for this donation project. In many countries the cost of one keiko gi
is the same as a months salary. To date over 200 keiko gis have been collected
and distributed. On the Mongolian Tour 2001, 30 keiko gis and 20 hakama
were donated to the Mongolia Aikido Kyokai.
The uniforms need to be freshly laundered and in fair condition.
No major rips or tears.
No printed logos or slogans.
Please remove all patches.
If your name has been written in magic marker, this is acceptable.
